We recently had our delivery and stay at Surya Hospital Santacruz, & overall it was a very positive experience for us. From admission to discharge, the doctors, nurses and support staff were supportive. The maternity care was good, and we felt safe throughout the entire process. We also appreciated the way billing & documentation were handled. We are grateful for the care we received at Surya Hospital Santacruz.

⸻ We’ve been consulting Dr. Rajeshwari Ganesh, a Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician based in Mumbai, for Nitara’s early years guidance, and our experience has been truly meaningful. Dr. Ganesh comes with more than a decade of experience in developmental pediatrics and uses internationally recognised tools to assess and understand each child’s unique profile—whether it’s developmental milestones, communication, attention, or behaviour. What stood out to us most was how deeply she listens and engages—not just with Nitara, but with us as parents. She takes time to explain her observations clearly, offers practical, everyday strategies that fit our family’s routine, and supports us in turning daily interactions into opportunities for growth. She doesn’t rush assessments or recommendations, and her approach always feels child-centred and compassionate. We also appreciated her emphasis on parent empowerment—she helped us understand why certain interactions matter in Nitara’s development and how to do them confidently at home. Surya Hospital is our 2nd Home! Our daughters: Aishwarya and Aindree aged 8 are completely at ease because of the Doctors here, especially Dr. B Awasthi and ofcourse all others who assist in a smooth functioning of all tests and examinations done at Surya! My delivery experience with Surya Hospitals has been amazing and all thanks to Dr.Ami Mehta! She is an amazing doctor and very friendly. She has been my support system since my 5th month of pregnancy. It was the smoothest journey. No unecessary tests and advices. Listens to all the queries and answers patiently. She gives full attention to the patient needs which is rare these days. Other doctors who visited after the delivery were also very suppprtive. The suppprt staff is amazing too! I enjoyed my 3 day stay as if i were on a vacation with a little present in my hand. Dr.Ami and surya hospitals have made my delivery experience very special and memorable. Kudos to all the team members!

Had a really good experience at Surya Hospital - Chembur during my delivery. The entire staff was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The nurses and doctors were always available, making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It was a good experience at Surya Hospital Santacruz, staff Pratibha at front counter at Early Intervention little milestone unit was very helpful and quick in work. Dr. Snehal Gadecha guided us at the right time and started early intervention, her knowledge, skills and leadership qualities are very good. I appreciate the correct treatment and guidance given by her. Lastly I would like to thank Dr. Insiya, she is the backbone of the therapy. She has taken and is taking immense effort for therapy, good interaction skills with babies and toddlers. Overall they have a good team.

Review is about 'Sister Tanvi' , I have been visiting this hospital every month for my child’s injections, and each time the experience has been very reassuring. Tanvi sister from the emergency department has taken care of my child so patiently and kindly. She handles children with so much calm and compassion, which really helps both the child and the parents feel relaxed. She explains things properly, is very gentle while giving injections, and always makes sure the child is comfortable. Her caring attitude and dedication truly stand out. We are very thankful for the support and care she provides. She is definitely a very good nurse and an asset to the hospital.
